What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
Orders shipped via USPS standard ground typically take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered after the order is processed
USPS Priority shipping is delivered within 2 -3 business days after the order is processed.
What is your return policy?
We are confident in the quality of our products however customer satisfaction is our number one priority, therefore, if for any reasons you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us hello@naturalawa.com
We will process all returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be done in the original form of purchase.
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of purchase.
I received a melted butter, what should I do?
Our products are made of 100% natural ingredients, they are sensitive to temperature changes during transit and delivery that we, unfortunately, have no control of. However, it does not affect the quality of our products.
For Shea butter, just leave it at room temperature until it solidifies
For the whipped body butter, try to put it in the fridge after it is melted in a bain-marie then whip it with a hand mixer.
Where is the source of your ingredients from?
Natural AWA ethically sourced the majority of its ingredients from Senegal and Mauritania in Africa.
Are Natural Awa products for sensitive skin?
Our products are for all skin types, however, each product has its benefits and features, please check each product description to find the best products for your skin type.
Is wild-harvested the same as organic?
Some of the ingredients sourced from Africa are wild-harvested which means they are grown in their nature, in their normal habitat not by farmers, so no pesticide involves.
Are your products unisex?
Yes, all our products are unisex except we specify, for example, men collection.
We want everyone to feel confident in their skin therefore our products are for everybody regardless of their gender or skin color.

We use recyclable packaging like glass, wood, and biodegradable papers. No subparts of our raw materials go to waste. For example, the pulp is used for nutritious benefits. The kernels are pressed for the oil.
