We recommend using our BUUR Beard Oil in conjunction with our BUUR Beard Balm for best results. However each can be used as a stand alone product.

When used in combination, the beard oil should be used first before applying the beard balm.

Beard Oil

Buur [Boor] means King in Wolof the language spoken in Senegal, West of Africa.

This is a great option for anyone who wants to tame their beard hair and make it look healthy, soft, and shiny.

Our beard oil helps nourish, condition, and prevent dryness without weighing your hair down. I also helps your beard feel soft, smooth and moisturized while conditioning your skin. 

NATURAL AWA's high quality beard oil is formulated with Wild Harvested Africa's best kept secret oils such as Baobab, Hibiscus seeds oil, and Desert Date oil to help soothe your skin and make it soft, getting rid of any irritations that come with a growing beard.

We added Organic Jojoba and Organic Castor oil to help bring out a natural shine while keeping the beard looking good and healthy.

With powerful and precious ingredients from the African nature blended with Rich and nourishing Organic oils and botanical extracts to condition, soften, and nourish your beard. It can also be used for your mustache and sideburns for a complete styling look.

BUUR Beard Balm is formulated to condition and moisturize the skin under your beard as well.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Orders shipped via USPS standard ground typically take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered after the order is processed

USPS Priority shipping is delivered within 2 -3 business days after the order is processed.

What is your return policy?

We are confident in the quality of our products however customer satisfaction is our number one priority, therefore, if for any reasons you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us hello@naturalawa.com

We will process all returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be done in the original form of purchase.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of purchase.

I received a melted butter, what should I do?

Our products are made of 100% natural ingredients, they are sensitive to temperature changes during transit and delivery that we, unfortunately, have no control of. However, it does not affect the quality of our products.

For Shea butter, just leave it at room temperature until it solidifies

For the whipped body butter, try to put it in the fridge after it is melted in a bain-marie then whip it with a hand mixer.

Where is the source of your ingredients from?

Natural AWA ethically sourced the majority of its ingredients from Senegal and Mauritania in Africa.

Are Natural Awa products for sensitive skin?

Our products are for all skin types, however, each product has its benefits and features, please check each product description to find the best products for your skin type.

Is wild-harvested the same as organic?

Some of the ingredients sourced from Africa are wild-harvested which means they are grown in their nature, in their normal habitat not by farmers, so no pesticide involves.

Are your products unisex?

Yes, all our products are unisex except we specify, for example, men collection.

We want everyone to feel confident in their skin therefore our products are for everybody regardless of their gender or skin color.
