Our Baobab Lip Balm is a powerful softener and a soothing moisturizer for the skin. It has fatty acids that repair damaged chapped lips, lessens inflammation, and improves skin elasticity.

Ingredients

Baobab Oil is an extract from the Baobab Tree. It is great in moisturizing and healing chapped lips. It also helps in boosting collagen on the lips.

Peppermint Oil helps a lot in fighting infections, especially on chapped lips. It also adds natural freshness on your lips.

Castor Oil is extracted by the plant called Ricinus communis through a cold pressing process. It has ingredients that prevent water loss on the outer layer of the skin.

How to use

Apply lip balm liberally to your lips as often as needed

Warning: For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store in cool and dry place away from sunlight

My new favorite product

I have always struggled to find a lip balm that actually works as a flute player, it always felt like i was applying chapstick every 5-10 minutes to even feel some kind of moisture. With this my lips actually feel hydrated. 10/10 recommend and have gotten so many friends loving this product.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Orders shipped via USPS standard ground typically take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered after the order is processed

USPS Priority shipping is delivered within 2 -3 business days after the order is processed.

What is your return policy?

We are confident in the quality of our products however customer satisfaction is our number one priority, therefore, if for any reasons you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us hello@naturalawa.com

We will process all returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be done in the original form of purchase.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of purchase.

I received a melted butter, what should I do?

Our products are made of 100% natural ingredients, they are sensitive to temperature changes during transit and delivery that we, unfortunately, have no control of. However, it does not affect the quality of our products.

For Shea butter, just leave it at room temperature until it solidifies

For the whipped body butter, try to put it in the fridge after it is melted in a bain-marie then whip it with a hand mixer.

Where is the source of your ingredients from?

Natural AWA ethically sourced the majority of its ingredients from Senegal and Mauritania in Africa.

Are Natural Awa products for sensitive skin?

Our products are for all skin types, however, each product has its benefits and features, please check each product description to find the best products for your skin type.

Is wild-harvested the same as organic?

Some of the ingredients sourced from Africa are wild-harvested which means they are grown in their nature, in their normal habitat not by farmers, so no pesticide involves.

Are your products unisex?

Yes, all our products are unisex except we specify, for example, men collection.

We want everyone to feel confident in their skin therefore our products are for everybody regardless of their gender or skin color.
