Shipping policy:
All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
Orders shipped via USPS standard ground typically take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered after the order is processed.
USPS Priority shipping is delivered within 2 -3 business days after order is processed.

Refund Policy:
We are confident in the quality of our products however customer satisfaction is our number one priority therefore, if for any reasons you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us hello@naturalawa.com.
We will process all returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order.
Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
All refunds will be done in the original form of purchase.
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept return after 14 days of purchase.

Our products are made of 100% natural ingredients, they are sensitive to temperature changes during transit and delivery that we unfortunately have no control of. However, it does not affect the quality of our products.
For Shea butter, just leave it at room temperature until it solidifies.
For the whipped body butter, try to put it in the fridge after it is melted in bain marie then whip it with a hand mixer.
